Casa Augusto is an understated family-friendly home located in the heart of Lisbon. Originally built in 1950, it was recently renovated to offer all the modern comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable stay. Actually, it is our home whenever we are in town and that is why you will recognise a personal touch.
Downstairs, you'll find a spacious living room that opens up to a private garden, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking up delicious meals to enjoy with friends and family. It goes without saying that the house boasts high-speed Wifi, cable TV, two independent sound systems (Sonos and Android), allowing you to stream your personal services, like Spotify, Netflix, Amazon Prime.
Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. One bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a separate bathroom.
Outside, you have a 50sqm private garden patio in the backyard, with a small pool, where you can sunbathe or use the barbecue grill. And in the front-yard you can park your car and use the EV charger if necessary. There are also poles to park and lock bicycle, should you decide to rent some.
