The small house is located in a secluded position just a few kilometres from the characteristic village of Castel Focognano, nestled between woods and forests of chestnut and oak trees in the green Casentino valley. In Castel Focognano you will find a typical restaurant that offers excellent traditional local dishes. We recommend spending an evening out for dinner, in search of new and delicious flavours. A few kilometres further down the valley, in the village of Rassina, you will also find shops and supermarkets.

The little house offers a panoramic private swimming pool, size 4x8 m, depth 1.10 m (open from 1 May to 30 September), with sunbeds and parasol, the perfect refuge on hot summer days. On the large terrace with a magnificent view of the Casentino forests you can enjoy your lunches and dinners or even breakfasts in the cool of the morning. There is a barbecue for grilling, a wood-burning oven and in the large outdoor area there is also an equipped gazebo.
