The villa is situated in a very quiet position on the edge of the picturesque village of Tourbes, just outside the historic town of Pezenas. and 20 minutes from the beach. The property is located just 20 minutes from Beziers Airport and 45 minutes from Montpellier Airport.

Situated within a few minutes of the A75 (toll-free), the villa is ideally situated for exploring the range of attractions in this area of the Languedoc such as Lac Salagou, Millau Viaduct, Beziers, Carcassonne and many more. There is a selection of long, sandy Mediterranean beaches from just 20 minutes away to the south and to the north, there is great hiking and biking in the mountains of the Haut Languedoc. You can also cycle and walk along vineyard tracks directly from the property.

The accommodation is all at ground floor level and the property is completely enclosed and secure and has parking for several vehicles. The spacious living area, incorporates kitchen, dining area and sitting room. There is a curved-screen smart TV with Netflix, Prime and Disney as well as UK stations. The 3 bedrooms all have double beds (2 x king size and 1 x standard double) as well as en-suite shower rooms with a toilet and wash basin. There is air-conditioning throughout the property as well as free wifi. Guests will have access to a washing machine.

Outside to the rear of the property, there is an extensive terrace area incorporating a landscaped pool, a bar area with shaded seating area, a barbecue and a large, covered, dining table and chairs for enjoying alfresco dining. Beyond that there are extensive grounds which surround the property and offer complete privacy.

In the centre of Tourbes there is an impressive church facing across from the bar where you can enjoy a drink in the shade of giant plane trees, they also serve excellent pizzas! All within a 5-minute walk, there is also a restaurant, bakery, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy and on a Wednesday morning, there is a market.

The historic town of Pezenas is connected to Tourbes by a 'voie verte' (a green lane) that you can walk or cycle along. Alternatively, it is a less than 5-minute drive away.
