Lovely 3 bedroom townhouse located just 400 metres from the main Commercial Shopping Centre in Mojacar Playa and just 150 metres from the beach front, shops, bars and restaurants.
You enter this property with an open plan kitchen to your left. There is a short passageway with a downstairs shower room following through to a large lounge/dining area with patio doors leading out onto a good sized private terrace overlooking the well maintained community gardens and large pool area.
The Master has large double bed and patio doors leading out onto a small terrace with sea views, perfect for relaxing in the early evening.
The other two bedrooms are twin rooms with single beds.
A family bathroom with bath and overhead shower service these rooms.
The living area and all bedrooms have warm and cold air conditioning.
Free WiFi/Internet is included in all weekly rentals. Spanish and English Freeview TV is available.
There is ample street parking outside the property or there is a communal garage with covered parking. A vehicle is not necessary for a stay in this property.
