Beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom apartment, located in the much sought after Spirit of Mojacar Complex with a large community pool and extensive gardens, a 10minute walk down to the centre of Mojacar beach front with its many bars, restaurants, cafes and shops
This property has been furnished to a high standard throughout and has fully integral air-conditioning.
The lounge area has WiFi and both Spanish and English TV available. There is a dining area located at the far end of the lounge area.
A separate kitchen, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
There is a good-sized bathroom, which has a full bath with shower overhead.
This complex has been designed with up to date personal security features. There is a CCTV system as well as controlled security at the main gate.
The property has it's own private parking space in the underground car park.
The lift opens next to the apartment door.
