A stylish and modern one bedroom flat with two unique terraces is located in the well known and centrally located urbanisation of Verano Azul.



The first terrace is an extension of the living room offering a tranquil outdoor space. The second terrace, located on the upper floor, is reached via a spiral staircase. This upper terrace is a private oasis, ideal for enjoying evenings under the stars or sunbathing during the day with magnificent views of the sea and mountains.



Not only does the flat have an excellent location, with Nerja town centre and a selection of beautiful beaches no more than a 10 minute walk away, but it also offers access to two fantastic communal swimming pools and beautiful green gardens.



It is no more than a ten minute walk to Burriana beach, Nerja's largest and most popular beach, where you can enjoy a variety of water activities such as kayaking and paddle surfing. It is also in an excellent location within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.

Little flat in a private complex in the heart of Nerja

Lovely little apartment close to Playa Burriana! This had everything we needed to enjoy our favorite walkable areas in Nerja. The WiFi worked well, the AC was very needed, and the kitchen was stocked well. I didn’t think we really wanted access to a pool until we returned after long days on the sea and needed a quick dip!

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen! Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt, die Wohnung war wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war einfach traumhaft! Die große Terrasse ist wirklich sensationell und wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht :-) Es war perfekt! Absolut nichts. Es war perfekt.
