Ideal for a week or two in the summer or for a longer let in the winter sun. ROCAMAR is considered by many to be one of the best apartment blocks in Nerja.
Just a short stroll from the famous Balcon de Europa , set in the sought after traditional side of Nerja, with the beautiful carabao beach directly below.
Our 1 bedroom apartment is Fully airconditioned which also provides heating in the winter months should it be needed.

Free filtered water- straight from the tap, no need to carry bottles of water.
50 inch SMART TV with many English channels.
Lovely Pool available throughout the summer months.
Lift to our third floor apartment.

Situated at the end of the prestigious Calle Carabeo, just a short stroll to the famous Balcon de Europa in the heart of beautiful Nerja. A wander down this quaint street and you are in the centre of Nerja with a beautiful church and lots of restaurants, a great place to sit and people watch with a great value vino or two. Many of our guests return year after year due to the apartments perfect location, only a few mins walk to the centre of Nerja and situated above the beach. There is an immaculate garden with a good sized pool ( May be closed in the winter months) There is a very pleasant grassed area with bougainvillea, roses and even a fig tree. Sunbeds , tables and chairs are available for your use. The pool is shared between the 20 apartments but is rarely busy as many of the owners don't rent out their apartments. There is also an outdoor shower overlooking the breath takingly beautiful Carabeo beach directly below with stunning views across the Med.
Refurbished to a high standard, our 1 bedroom apartment is ideally situated in a prime position in the highly sought after eastern side of Nerja, close to the Parador. This area has many traditional tapas bars and lovely restaurants at ridiculously cheap prices.
It is situated on the third floor and has a lift.
The kitchen is newly refurbished and fitted with quality appliances and granite worktops including large size fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, full size oven/hob plus dishwasher and washing machine. Also filtered drinking water direct from the tap. No need to carry heavy bottles of water !!
The lounge is modern, bright, fresh and airy. It has a wall mounted 50 inch Smart TV with many channels, WIFI is free. There is a very comfy sofa. A fold down bed is now available for the 3rd guest for a small supplement. There's contemporary dining table and chairs although you may prefer to dine alfresco on the balcony. Patio table and chairs, plus wooden reclining chairs and sunbeds are provided for your use. You are welcome to take the sunbeds to the beach if you prefer.
The bedroom has a nice comfy mattress and patio doors. The bathroom has a walk in shower, loo and vanity unit.
The large corner balcony is accessed by newly fitted double glazed patio doors from both the bedroom and sitting room. From one side there is a side sea view, and from the other side a view of the Sierra Almijara mountains, Nerja's stunning backdrop. The apartment is perfect for a long stay or a romantic getaway in the heart of Nerja and you will no doubt become one of our many guests who return year after year.
Parking: On street parking is available outside the apartment. This is free and is on a first come first served basis. There is also a large pay car park a 1 minute walk away. Car hire isn't necessary for getting around Nerja due to the apartment's excellent central location, so you may prefer to opt for private airport transfers instead. Please enquire for details.
The apartment charge is for up to 2 people.
