With capacity for 3 people, a cosy bedroom, sofa bed, Smart TV, Wifi fibre at 300mb and air conditioning. This property is perfect to make your holiday a unique experience in the south of Gran Canaria.
It is ideal for families, friends, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 3 people and 300mb Wifi Fiber Internet at 300mb, designed for teleworking. With a cosy bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, it also has a sofa bed in the living room. It has a bathroom with shower and a nice kitchen equipped with all appliances and dining area, open to the spacious living room. This room has a 43" Smart TV, air conditioning and access to the pleasant terrace overlooking the pool, where you can have breakfast while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. All this in a quiet residential complex with a lift, 4 communal swimming pools, one of them heated, bar and a mini market for your convenience. In addition, it has all the necessary services just a few minutes away from the property.

Très mauvais
Je suis parti du lieu au bout de 4 jours et j ai loué un autre endroit pour mon séjour. Il y avait des travaux très bruyants dans l’établissement rendant difficile mon travail en vidéoconférence avec la France. D autre part la proximité de l’autoroute et le bruit des voisins a ajouté à la nuisance sonore.
J ai envoyé des vidéos et enregistrements du son expliquant qu il m’était impossible de rester dans ces conditions à l’agence et que j’allais devoir partir. J ai demandé si un geste commercial était possible en compensation de cette prestation de mauvaise qualité. J ai eu un refus. Je trouve cela inadmissible. Je ne recommanderai jamais Abritel et je ne rebookerai jamais avec vous. Je me suis retrouvé à devoir payer 2 lieux en même temps. C’était une première expérience et ce sera la dernière.

We regret that we have not found a way to meet your expectations due to situations that were not in our power to modify, because as you mention, it is noise that is generated in cities within legal frameworks that in this case, and after the relevant investigations carried out by our team, in no case exceeded any limit that would make it impossible to stay in the flat.
