We do not agree with your review. Each & every phone call you made to us was answered and we gave you advice and help throughout. the carpets are not dirty and there is also no mould in the bathroom. we find it very rude that you imply our property to be smelly when it receives a professional clean after each check out. We are a professionally run business and we take offence that you are calling our property a scam and that you are giving a completely unfair review.
