It includes central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, 2 outdoor pools, tennis, pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers onsite located in guest laundry rooms on property.

Relax and enjoy the ocean views and Maui's beautiful sunsets from your spacious private patio (lanai). The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 6. All units at Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.

Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.
