About this property
Deer Park Farmhouse - on the lydney park estate that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
You arrive at Deer Park Farmhouse to discover a modern home, secluded on the edge of the National Forest. It is surrounded by beautiful woodland scenery which you can gaze upon from the luxury of your own private hot tub. Near Lydney, you are ideally placed to explore the rugged landscapes of the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. If you're looking for a more serene getaway you can stroll to the nearby towns and villages, visiting the many country pubs along the way.
Deer Park Farmhouse offers generous accommodation which is flooded with light. It is a pristine, modern home with a kitchen/diner which is a delight to cook in. Personality is added with the soft furnishings and artwork throughout the house, and it is this that makes the living room such a lovely spot to spend time. Light the woodburner, watch your favourite TV programme, or chat with your group making plans for the rest of your stay. The house is incredibly well-equipped for any group, with flexible bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is even a study and utility providing extra space for getting work done and drying the dogs.
In the garden you are surrounded by tranquillity which you can relish from the six-seater hot tub nestled in a corner of the garden. Pour yourself a drink and sink into the bubbles as you enjoy the views. While you relax the head griller can fire up the barbecue and the children can play games on the lawn. Perfect for the family pets, the garden is fully enclosed, and you can leave the car and follow walks straight from the door.
