The bathroom is equipped with every comfort with a large shower and high-quality coverings, the bedroom is spacious, composed of a double bed, wardrobe, television and personalised with decorative wallpaper depicting the surrounding alpine landscape.

Dining room with extendable table, sofa bed, 50-inch television and panoramic window with spectacular view of Brenta and ski slopes.

The house is equipped with a private garage closed by a roller shutter, to be used both as a car park and as a ski/boot storage.

Very convenient for skiing, the ski lifts (Grostè cable car) and ski slopes are 100 metres away, and the cross-country ski track is also nearby.

In summer, it is 100 m from the golf course and a short walk from alpine pastures and woods.

Restaurant, pizzeria, and skibus stop are present in the immediate vicinity to reach the centre of Campiglio, which is about 2 km away.
