The 17th-century Casa di Tramito in the mountains of Lucca offers a breathtaking panoramic view of both the city and the surrounding nature, allowing you to relax immediately and fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It is located just 15 minutes from the hidden gem of a city, Lucca; 40 minutes from Pisa Airport; 40 minutes from the coast; one hour from Florence; and one and a half hours from Siena.

Situated in an idyllic location in western Lucca, this estate is surrounded by a vineyard and olive trees. It consists of the main villa and the old farmhouse—which we have completely transformed into a fully-fledged, independent holiday home—as well as a chapel. Each house has its own swimming pool, allowing you to enjoy peace and privacy. In addition to the farmhouse, the barn has also been completely converted into two luxury suites. But the jewel of Casa Di Tramito remains the pergola next to the pool, featuring a built-in barbecue and cooking island—the perfect spot to enjoy long evenings or warm moments during the day.

On the ground floor of Casa Di Tramito, there is a spacious, high-end kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a bathroom.

On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a TV room.

In the annex, you’ll find 2 luxury suites with fully equipped bathrooms.

The entire house is fully air-conditioned.

Housekeeping—Our housekeeper ensures everything is always clean and tidy; 3 hours of cleaning, 3 times a week, are included.

Tuscan Paradise

This villa is just perfect in every way, we couldn’t recommend it enough. The location is incredible- you're close enough to towns like Lucca & Pisa and the coast but the villa itself is nestled high up in the hills so it feels like you’re the only people for miles. It’s so peaceful we hardly wanted to leave! There’s all the amenities you need and they’re all luxurious from the indoor and outdoor kitchens to the comfiest beds (and sun loungers) on the planet. David was a wonderful host and was always on hand to help with any questions and provide recommendations. It’s a stay we’ll never forget and are already planning when to go back.
