A harmonious combination of comfort and style awaits you here, where you will immediately feel at home.

The cloakroom with bench and mirror offers a practical reception area, while the adjoining bathroom with WC and shower provides refreshing moments.

Relax in the cosy box-spring bed with spacious drawers and plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.

The floor-to-ceiling windows open up views of the surrounding countryside, while an additional panoramic window facing east catches the first rays of sunshine of the day and offers you an inspiring start to the morning.

A cosy seating area invites you to lean back and relax - whether alone with a good book or watching TV. There is also a restful sleeping area for a third person.

The fully equipped kitchenette invites you to conjure up your favourite dishes and develop your culinary skills.

Your stay is rounded off with relaxing hours in the lovingly designed garden or spacious balcony.

Experience a place of well-being in this studio that combines comfort and cosiness in a unique way.

From summer 2024, our Solu Apartments will shine in new splendour.

When redesigning the Solu Apartments, it was particularly important to us to create a place of well-being, arrival and discovery.

Our flats serve not only as accommodation, but also as a temporary home in the centre of the Seefeld region - Tyrol's high plateau.

The generous window fronts allow nature to flow directly into your living room and offer picturesque views in all directions.

You decide whether you want the cosy Studio S or the spacious Apartment L, either with a private garden or panoramic balcony.

We also look forward to welcoming your little sunshine to our family-friendly units.

On request, two flats opposite are also available for up to 7 people.

Your four-legged companion will feel completely at home in our surroundings with spacious green areas and extensive paths - please let us know in advance so that we can prepare everything accordingly

We are also happy to welcome pets, but ask for prior notification and point out additional charges.

We had a lovely stay

The room is very big, looks nice and is clean. The balcony and view are also wonderful. Nice to have free parking in front of the property. The only thing we missed are some facilities like olive oil in the kitchen and an iron for clothes, but that’s all.

We were practically born with a passion for gastronomy and tourism. That's how we found each other back in 2009. With the joint acquisition of the former Sonnhof in spring 2022, we decided to share our passion for hospitality and welcome guests from all over the world to the Solu Apartments and show them the beauty of our region. It was important to the previous owner that the business remained a place for his own family, and we are proud to continue this tradition in a new form.
