About this property

Geniet van Wonen op het Water op Woonark De Appeltuyn Amsterdam!

Op onze recent gebouwde woonark, in een rustig en groen gebied van Amsterdam Noord, zal je met veel plezier verblijven tussen de eendjes, zwanen en voorbijgaande bootjes! Met het openbaar vervoer zijn we makkelijk te bereiken. De NDSM pont, die je van en naar Amsterdam Centraal station brengt, is op 7 minuten fietsafstand van ons vandaan.

Je boekt twee tweepersoonskamers met ruimte om je kleding op te bergen en een bureau met comfortabele stoelen, een schone badkamer met douche en een apart toilet. Ook is er een kitchenette aanwezig die voorzien is van een inductieplaat, magnetron, koelkast, waterkoker, eierkoker, broodrooster en koffiezetapparaat. Ontbijt is niet inbegrepen, maar de keuken biedt de benodigdheden om dit te maken. De keuken is niet geschikt om volledige maaltijden te bereiden.

De ingang van de woonark kan worden bereikt via een trap (5 treden) en deel je met de verhuurder. Achter de voordeur vind je een deur die je brengt in jouw verblijf.

De verhuurder woont met het gezin in het overige deel van de woonark. De faciliteiten hoeven echter niet gedeeld te worden.

Er is geen woonkamer aanwezig.

De Amsterdamse rondweg A10 ligt op slechts 3 minuten afstand.

De NDSM pont die je van en naar Amsterdam Centraal station brengt, ligt op slechts 7 minuten fietsafstand.

Amsterdam Centraal station is met de auto in 15 minuten te bereiken.

Schiphol airport is in 20 minuten te bereiken.

De woonark is niet geschikt voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit.

De woonark bevindt zich op het water. Je dient daarom extra voorzichtig te zijn als je niet kunt zwemmen. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor spullen die in het water vallen.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Die Vermieter leben im selben Objekt, was eine familiäre Atmosphäre schafft. Die Wohnung ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet nur die Möglichkeit Kleinigkeiten zuzubereiten. Aber dafür war alles vorhanden, was ansonsten benötigt wird: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Spüli, Gewürze, Essig und Öl, und einiges weitere. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, wir konnten unser Auto stehen lassen und haben stattdessen den GVB benutzt. Ein kleines Einkaufszentrum ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.

Prima esperienza ad Amsterdam volevo alloggiare in una casa galleggiante... non avrei potuto trovare di meglio!! Periferia a breve passeggiata dalla fermata del bus, tranquillità assoluta, location pulitissima e confortevole, Safira ottima padrona dì casa gentile e disponibile, avevamo anche il necessario per preparare la colazione. Bijzondere overnachtingsplek

Wij hebben ter aanleiding van een bruiloft in Amsterdam twee nachtjes op de woonark geslapen. Het was er schoon en verzorgd en ook mooi ingericht. De kleine keuken is prima om een ontbijt of salade klaar te maken. Eten kun je aan de tafeltjes op de slaapkamers. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op het water is bijzonder. Parkeren kun je gratis op een loopafstand van 3 minuten. Contact met Mario was persoonlijk en erg vriendelijk.

Familien Wochenende in Amsterdam

Wir haben dieses Jahr über Karneval diese tolle kleine Wohnung auf dem Hausboot der Vermieter gebucht und haben das verlängerte Wochenende sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und unserer Meinung nach sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. In der direkten Umgebung haben wir das 'kleine' Einkaufszentrum mit Bäckerei und Supermarkt genutzt, ansonsten haben wir die Tage direkt in Amsterdam-Central mit Sightseeing und Shopping verbracht. Vielen Dank !
