Our beautiful loft with 3-bedroom flat of 152sqm, could welcome up to 7 guests with its 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with single bed) and its double sofa bed.

Stunning industrial style decoration with artisanal materials with its bright glassed windows on the ceiling.

The comfortable loft is a souplex. It is fully equipped and offer many storages, a large bathroom (bathtub and shower), separate WC...

We are located in a prime location, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Easy and safe access.

The apartment is in the heart of the 17th arrondissement, in close proximity to all shops, restaurants, bars, local markets, and supermarkets. It's also near the new Batignolles district with its cinemas. For green spaces, you won't be disappointed, as we're close to the famous Parc Monceau and Parc M. Luther King. Regarding business, the apartment is very close to the new Judicial Tribunal and the Palais des Congrès de Paris.
