This is a spacious and light property based on the ground floor of the building, and has been fully equipped to enable a self catering stay from one night to several months. With fast broadband and smart TVS the property enables a mix of stays to include leisure guests and people working in the city who are seeking a comfortable safe place to stay near a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops with the local cinema being a short five minute stroll away .

This whole building comprises three modern, luxury 2 bedroom apartments in Devon. Situated a stone’s throw from Royal William Yard, Plymouth Docks, & Plymouth City Centre; it’s the perfect location by the sea and nearby restaurants all within walking distance.

Our luxurious holiday home is newly renovated for 2024 yet retains many of its original features– beautiful Georgian style windows & original ceiling pieces. This holiday rental in Devon is dog friendly and a perfect home away from home!

This two bedroom apartment also has the benefit of a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge, enabling flexible sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. There is superfast wifi throughout and a large smart TV in the lounge.

Great apartment

Great apartment shame that not knowing how to use a dishwasher thry would charge me £20 . Disappointed about that and no communication from them after i explained this. Would not use them again because of that.
