Updated, classic Cape Cod Cottage
If your looking for a quaint, quite, peaceful, clean comfortable cottage that can accommodate a family of three to four very comfortably...this is the place. We especially loved the outside porch in the back that opens up directly into the kitchen. It has a picnic table for meals and an area with comfortable chairs and a table for lounging. We also loved the attention to detail the owners put into the construction of the property like the sliding barn door for the bathroom, the wood grain tile floors, and the graphic photos on the walls taken by the owner. The cottage is perfectly located near the town of Orleans and right down the street from Nauset Beach.
In our case it gave us close access to the outer cape where we like to do most of our day tripping. The owner Jim takes great care to welcome you to the property and he loves to share his knowledge of the area to make sure that you will have a pleasant stay. He takes great pride in his property and he only rents to responsible tenants which means the property stays clean and very well maintained. Oh yes, one more thing...we love the outdoor shower!
