Spacious and luxurious 2-storey villa located in a privileged residential area of Cala Morell, with a contemporary and elegant design and very good views of the sea.
On the ground floor, we find a large living-dining room, kitchen, toilet, and a double bedroom with a full bathroom.
On the upper floor, there are two suites, both with fantastic views of the sea.
Finally, outside, the pool area, the garden and the covered barbecue.
The villa has a private two-space garage.
