The location is one of the highlights guests love most. Set just a two-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and green spaces, the apartment offers easy access to Parque de la Paloma just across the street, as well as Sea Life Benalmádena, Selwo Marina, and the marina area. Arroyo de la Miel train station is around a ten to fifteen minute walk away, providing direct connections to Málaga city, the airport, and Fuengirola. Supermarkets, cafés, and beachfront dining options are all within easy reach.



Inside, the apartment is bright, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. It features one double bedroom and a sofa bed, making it ideal for couples or small families. The private terrace offers fantastic sea views, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Guests have full access to all available complex facilities at Benal Beach for the duration of their stay, including the resort’s well-known swimming pool areas, landscaped gardens, games room, and on-site amenities. During the winter months, one heated pool remains open year-round, while additional pools and waterslides operate seasonally and during specific holiday periods. Guests also have private and exclusive use of the entire apartment throughout their stay, including the private terrace with sea views, providing a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.



The Neighborhood:

Benal Beach is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Benalmádena Costa, directly opposite Parque de la Paloma and just a short walk from the beach. The neighbourhood offers a perfect balance of relaxation and activity, with a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops all within easy walking distance.



The nearby marina, Puerto Marina, is one of the most popular attractions on the Costa del Sol, known for its lively atmosphere, waterfront dining, and entertainment options. Family-friendly attractions such as Selwo Marina and Sea Life are also close by, making the area ideal for both couples and families.



With excellent transport links, including the nearby Arroyo de la Miel train station, guests can easily explore Málaga, the airport, and surrounding coastal towns without the need for a car.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient from this location. Arroyo de la Miel train station is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk away and provides direct connections to Málaga city, Málaga Airport, and Fuengirola.



Local buses and taxis are readily available, and most daily essentials including supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance. For guests arriving by car, free communal parking is available on-site, although spaces are limited and operate on a first come, first served basis.



We offer airport transfers with our collaborating chauffeur drivers in a comfortable Tesla Model Y licensed taxi, for just €40 each way - let us know if you'd like to book the service.



Other Things to Note:

Benal Beach is a large and lively resort, particularly during peak holiday periods. While many guests enjoy the vibrant and family-friendly atmosphere, some noise can be expected at times.



Pool access and facilities vary depending on the season. At least one pool remains open year-round, while slides and additional pool areas are only available during the main season.



Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. While the building has a 24-hour reception, luggage storage is not always available, so we recommend planning ahead if you have a late departure.



As with any well-used holiday property, occasional minor maintenance issues may arise, but these are handled quickly by our local team from Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm.
