About this property

Villa La Orilla in front of the sea is located on the beachfront of the coastal town of Playa Honda, Lanzarote. Its excellent location will allow guests to enjoy peace and quiet, but with all the services and leisure areas close to the property.
The location of the villa is unique. Situated on the beachfront, you can also enjoy its promenade. It has all kinds of establishments (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies...) at five minutes walking distance. You will be able to enjoy the amenities offered by the villa, fantastic views and a central location on the beachfront.
The property is fully equipped with all the comforts. It is distributed in three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, living room, with comfortable sofas, dining room, TV with international channels, fully equipped kitchen. Outside the villa you can enjoy its gardens, solarium area, terrace with sofas and barbecue area. The bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a garage inside the property.
Playa Honda is located in a strategic place between Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife. The beach stretches for almost two kilometres with its endless promenade, where many people practice sports to breathe fresh air and enjoy the sea.

It is a perfect location to rest and to be able to go sightseeing on the island. It is 7 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes by car from Arrecife (capital of the island) and Puerto del Carmen.
