Loved the water views and sunsets from deck and inside this home. Large well stocked kitchen and spacious bathroom. Steps down to beach were easy for us to manage and sand below along the water was lovely . Loved the location for access with short drive to Cape Lookout hike and Netarts Spit , also Cape Meares close by in other direction.
Didn't see the host, but he was helpful by phone.Only suggestion was that it would have been nice to have bedding on hand for the hideabed and fold up pads.
Beautiful view of Netart's Bay. The house was very clean (important during the pandemic). Our family had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again.
Small family get together on the beach. Actually got sunsets! Near everything fun. Loved the place has its own stairs down to the beach. Only problem is bathroom is on first floor, nothing upstairs where bedrooms are.
This place was better than described. We loved the location. The view was great and proximity to beach was excellent.
The cabin was clean, had everything we needed and was much bigger than expected. We will come again.

We had a wonderful time in Netarts, the beach house is very welcoming and comfortable, the view is superb and we enjoyed stunning sunsets. Thank you for having us!
Cute house that was very well equipped for our stay. The stairs to the beach would be a bit treacherous for people with mobility issues, but it was fine for our group. The beach you can access from the property is small and sparsely populated, so it was great for our kids and pups to run around.
We were so amazed with house and view! The beach was gorgeous & not crowded. Loved going to sleep to the roar of the ocean & waking up to the stunning scenery. Comfy beds & furniture. Kitchen had everything you might need. Bathroom spacious & modern. Even had a diffuser for us curly girls!!
We loved this place! The location was beautiful, the house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The stairs down to the beach were easy to navigate and well maintained. We spent our days crabbing in the bay, exploring the area and walking on the beach. The boat launch was very close to the house and the restaurant, The Schooner, that shares its parking lot is really excellent. We will be back to this spot!
We were all very impressed with how beautiful this home is when we walked in. I don't think the pictures do it justice. I think there were some comments about the bedrooms looking a bit old. Yes, when you went upstairs you could tell the home is a little older, but everything was clean and neat and the beds were very comfortable. The one caution I would mention is that there is just one bathroom and it is downstairs. If stairs are a problem, there is a sofa sleeper. There are also stairs down to the beach that only someone who is fine with stairs would want to try. There is easy beach access within driving distance.
We rented this place as a backup for our beach wedding in the rain, and comfortable place to stay over night. The owner was very patient and easy to work with in arranging for the wedding and understanding the occupancy rules. It was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked, and my in laws joked about getting the brand of their mattress because it was more comfortable than their one at home.
A lovely home in a terrific and convenient setting. We enjoyed every minute (8 days) and really hated to leave. Flowers all around the home outside provided lots of hummingbird visits....Lots of foliage; very private. The home has many charming touches in decoration, the kitchen is well stocked....the owner even provided dishwasher and clothes washing soaps. The 84 stairs to the beach aren't too bad....it's the rocks at the bottom where you have to be more careful not to slip ....all very doable. We're in our late 70's and did fine. It's an older beach cottage!... and housekeeping does well with maintaining cleaning standards but you will find cobwebs here and there...some reviewers have been a bit critical....we say, "breath, relax" and enjoy this wonderful place!

Why they chose this property
Its one of the most beautiful areas of the North Oregon coast. It is located in a quiet rural coastal village and it doesn't feel like a tourism destination at all. We aim to provide a clean and comfortable vacation rental experience.
What makes this property unique
A great place to relax, watch the birds and the crabbers, harvest fresh seafood and experience the drama of the Pacific Ocean. Prime spot for whale-watching during migration season. One of the best views on the Oregon Coast, in the beautiful Three Capes Scenic Route area.
