Spacious modern town house in Nerja with roof terrace
This is a light and airy 3 bedroom town house with lots of outside space. The property is integrated in the Urb. “Pueblo Rocio”, a quiet residential area in the Nerja outskirts with a big community pool.
The town house consists of 3 bedrooms and a large open living room with lots of light, and 2 big bathrooms plus one smaller guest toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, coffee machine and toaster.
The town house has got 4 terraces. From the living room you walk out to a large patio terrace with BBQ and dining place. From the living room you can also walk out to a second southwest facing terrace with sunshade on the first floor in front of the house. This terrace also has a dining place. On the second floor there is a small terrace facing southwest outside the master bedroom with a coffee table and two chairs. There is also a large roof terrace with sunbeds and dining place and an outside shower. Here you can spend a great time sunbathing and eating while enjoying the lovely views of the mountains and the sea.
The property always has some terrace that has got sun or shade at the same time which is very nice during sunny days.
There is air conditioning in every bedroom and living room (cool and heat). The house has got free Wi-Fi and TV with chrome cast.
In the Community there is a large pool that is located 100 meters from the house. This is an Ideal house for a holiday in a relaxed environment and located just a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Nerja with its commercial activity and popular beaches.
There is 5 minutes’ drive or 2100 meters walk to any of the popular Nerja beaches. Supermarkets you find around 500 meters from the town house.
Nerja is a genuine and charming city with fantastic views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture and small hidden beaches as well as cozy mountain villages.
The area offers beautiful nature where you can hike, cycle, climb, dive, etc. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. There are also nice golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja!
DIRECTIONS
Directions from Malaga airport to the apartment at the address Avenida de Las Palmeras 68, Nerja.
1. Drive from Malaga Airport and onto the A-7 motorway in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here you follow the signage throughout Malaga, you now have 45 minutes drive to Nerja
2. When you see the first signs Nerja you wait to turn off from the Motorway, you choose the exit number 933. Here you drive on the signage Nerja and you have a petrolstation on the right hand side with name Cepsa
3. You turn right and follow the sign Nerja, you drive 500 meter and you come to a round about and you turn right in this round about
4. You drive 150 meter and then you turn right in to the street Avenida de Las Palmeras
5. Drive until you see number 68 and then you park your car along the parking place on the street. On the entreé of the house you find a key box, you open the key box with the 4 digit code that you received in your booking confirmation.
