The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return keys to the lock box and take a picture of the keys back inside the box for security reasons. Send the photo to the message thread.
Take all rubbish to the bin store. Turn left out of the building front door and walk to the alleyway next to Sam's Chop House. Turn down the alleyway and put all rubbish in the big orange bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Guest must be considerate of other people in the building.
Proof of identification is required for insurance purposes.
The primary renter must be a guest.

Great Location

The apartment was conveniently located to many things within walking distance. The host is extremely responsive to inquires and the apartment was immaculately clean. We would highly recommend this rental.

Central and comfy

The property is beautiful and finished to a high standard, with all required amenities. Centrally located it's near all you need. We had a small issue checking in as the apartment number wasn't stated, but was inside within minutes thanks to some excellent comms. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing space right in the middle of town

Our host was very accommodating. The space was clean and well cared for. The location was quiet, yet near everything we needed. (Waking distance from the train station, groceries, convention center, and lots of shopping and restaurants.) The apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms and nice living space. We would definitely come back and wished we had a longer stay in town so we could have booked the space for more days. FYI - There are stairs you must go up before getting to the lift. We never used the lift because the apartment was only a set of stairs up.
