This property is lovely and the owner did a great job modernizing the flat, while preserving the historic charm and integrity. It was in a very convenient location, yet not in a crowded area. I would definitely rent this property again if we return.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in and cooked because it was such a lovely place to relax. Brunilda was so inviting and helpful. Even though our flight was delayed, she met us at the apartment and explained everything. I cannot recommend her or the apartment highly enough.

Stay here!

We had a very comfortable stay with our 3 generation family here in this apartment. Everything was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had two other families traveling with us who stayed nearby, but everyone wanted to use this place as a gathering point because of the big comfortable kitchen, living room, and TV room. It’s just a minute walk to a vaporetto station that gets you to all of the places you would want to go, but the apartment itself is in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful canal. You won’t regret taking this place!

The perfect flat and location for an incredible trip to Venice!

We had an incredible experience in Venice from the moment we arrived! This started with the incredible communication from Brunilda our host ensuring our arrival directions and time perfectly aligned to her picking us up at the water taxi drop off. Check in was incredibly easy and Brunilda immediately made us feel at home. The flat was amazing! Incredibly clean, updated yet authentic to the historic architecture of Venice. We had every amenity needed and the location was perfect! Central to all the areas of Venice you want to visit but on a very quiet canal so you could leave the windows open to enjoy the evening breeze.The spacious flat allowed our group to have both private and common spaces.We would absolutely stay here again on a follow up trip to Venice!
