10 person holiday home in Løkken-By Traum

On a lovely dune plot located in a scenic area between Blokhus and Løkken, you will find this cottage with a hot tub and sauna only about 170 m from one of Denmark's best sandy beaches, Grønhøj Strand. No matter where you sit on the terrace, you can clearly hear the sound of the sea and its relaxing waves. The holiday home has two activity rooms. One has billiards, table tennis, and darts, and from here you can look through the glass wall to the other activity room. Here you will find a fitness/exercise room. The house is equipped with fiber internet. There are also plenty of opportunities to pamper yourself with a trip to the house's hot tub or sauna. There are two bathrooms with showers and toilets. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The living room and dining area are open plan with the kitchen. The living room is a great place for games and socializing. You can also choose to enjoy a good book in front of the wood-burning stove. There are four bedrooms with three double beds, two single beds, and two sleeping places on mattresses in the loft. The house has a 140 m² open terrace area. There is also a 12 m² covered terrace. Here you can find sun, shade, and shelter, as well as cozy gatherings around the barbecue. The summer house is located on a more than 3000-meter-large dune plot with ample opportunity for play and recreation. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
