The apartment 3, newly built in 2023, is approx. 63 m² and has an approx. 16 m² balcony with an unobstructed and unique view of the Baltic Sea. It is located on the 1st floor in the new building at Strandallee 11. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.
It has a kitchen-living room with panoramic window, separate couch corner, dining area, a modern kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and many extras, plus a large smart flat screen TV. The small bedroom with panoramic window has a double bed and a Smart flat screen TV. Also from here you can reach the large balcony with Baltic Sea view.
The larger bedroom with panoramic window has a double bed, Smart flat screen TV and a balcony overlooking the spa park. From this you can enjoy the view of the greenery and the evening sun. There is a bathroom with ground level shower.

Schöne Zeit in hochwertiger Wohnung
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist klasse. Auch die Berge direkt gegenüber der Ostsee ist einfach nur traumhaft. Schade ist, dass zumindest in der Strandallee 11 in der Apartment 3 keine Hunde erlaubt sind. Denn oben drüber in den beiden Wohnungen dürfen Hunde mitgenommen werden. Es wäre schön, wenn hier zumindest kleine Hunde auf Anfrage mitgenommen werden dürfen.
