Our luxury property converted from an original 18th century pump house comprises of 5 large bedrooms with modern en-suites . Conveniently located close to Bristol and Bath - find beautiful country walks and local country pubs nearby. The perfect weekend getaway and ideal for a family get together the house consists of fully equipt kitchen , WiFi throughout the property, large tv in main lounge , large area for AlFresco dining , plenty of outdoor space to entertain the younger family members , Several Golf courses are close by , take a trip to the pretty village of Chipping Sodbury where there are plenty of places to shop and eat , Cribbs Causeway has a ice rink , bowling and multiplex cinema as well as ample shops and restaurants , the Wave is a short drive if you want to try out surfing during your stay and The Wild place is also at Cribbs Causeway along with Air hop The Aerospace museum and so much more . The house creates an ideal base to explore what Bristol and surrounding areas have to offer and we are happy to assist with any help and advice you require before your visit.
We can arrange for a large hot tub during your stay at additional cost of £100 per visit to cover heating and cleaning cost if required

It’s a beautiful and relaxed area in the countryside but not far from the M32 to be able to enjoy all Bristol, Bath and South Gloucestershire has to offer

Our luxury property was converted from an original 18th century pump house by ourselves in 2000 and has been run as a Holiday Rental successfully for the last four years. The gated property is nestled in the countryside and very peaceful with plenty of parking.
