This beautiful home was built by my father. Custom wood design with plenty of room for your entire family!
The master bedroom has it's own private balcony! The main level also has a deck. Full use home means you have everything you need from your washer and dryer to your pots and pans! You are just a few minutes away from Munising, which is famous for their pictured rock tours! Canoeing down the Au Train River is also something you won't want to miss out on! A great vacation spot with lots to do! I have board games and puzzles so you can have some family time together as well.

Upon departure, make sure all sheets and pillow cases are stripped from the beds and put into the washer. You do not need to start the washer.
Hot Tub: ALL lotions, bug sprays & hair products must be washed off in the shower before entering. $150 of your deposit will be kept if not followed.

Hitting the Trails

3 couples came up for a relaxing and fun get away and to get our side by sides out on the trails. The house was equipped with everything you would enjoy at home. Plenty of space for 6 adults to enjoy an extended weekend! Would stay again! Host is extremely accommodating and quick to respond.

Pictured Rocks Summer Getaway

This stay was very relaxing. Had the opportunty to unplug, as there was noTV or wifi; just nature and the local attractions to take our time. The home was very clean and well equipted, the weather was perfect, and the stars were amazing. A wonderful four days to explore the national lakeshore and all it contains.

Tricia was great to work with, and our overall stay was fantastic. The property was minutes from Munising and the AuTrain River so it provided access to everything we wanted to do. Tricia communicated with us about garbage collection (Tuesdays), new furniture delivery (the new couch is nice!!), the condition of the road leading to the property (poor due to a huge storm the week prior), and the steep steps from the garage to the main living quarters. They are definitely old-build steps, narrow and steep - typical of old built homes in the mid-west. Tricia addressed every question I asked and although she is in Colorado, she had people out to help us with the one issue we needed. Our family had a wonderful stay, and we'd go back again if staying in Pictured Rocks another time! If you are up for a rural, comfortable home to stay in that is perfectly situated for experiencing the Pictured Rocks area, this is what you're looking for!

Summer Family Trip

We had a great time and the coordination was wonderful. We had great weather and were able to enjoy the fire pit out back. The upstairs was room was a little warm. A screen door on the slider would be a welcomed addition. We also appreciated the games and puzzles at night. Was a great stay!
