It wasn't easy to find a 4 bedroom property in Kendal that we needed for our party, but this one fitted the bill very well. It is quiet and well insulated so there is no noise from either outside or between rooms in the house. Generally well equipped with all the facilities we needed, and comfortable beds. It's a little way out of the centre, but pretty accessible. Prompt and easy communications with the host, Ben. A good stay, thank you.
