Spacious panoramic villa surrounded by greenery, ideal for groups of up to 14 guests. The property features 5 bedrooms, two living rooms each with a double sofa bed, five bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and three patios furnished with tables and chairs (two covered, one open). The private garden, shaded by centuries-old oak trees, includes outdoor sofas and seating areas. The villa is surrounded by olive and vineyard landscapes, just 3 km from the beach.
From June 1 to September 30, guests enjoy free access to a beach umbrella and a parking space at a nearby beach club (for up to 4 guests). Extra guests pay a surcharge. Pets are not allowed at the beach facility. A perfect choice for group holidays or large family getaways in a peaceful natural setting.
