There is a beautiful terrace with a portable grill and table with chairs for outdoor dining and comfortable furniture to watch the sunset over the bay. At the back of the house there is a private swimming pool. The villa is located in a small urbanization, but is a short walk from the center of the complex and a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Alcudia or the sandy beaches and restaurants of Puerto Alcudia.
