Our vacation home Casa Paqui is a very popular vacation home, located in Puerto de Alcudia, just a few minutes walking from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca, Alcudia Beach. Casa Paqui has become one of our most popular homes, not only for its excellent location, but also for having everything necessary to make your vacation unforgettable.



The house has a 9m x 4m pool at the foot of a charming wooden porch that shades a large table with 6 chairs for enjoying barbecues during summer nights or the 6 loungers around the pool, for sunbathing. In the front of the house is another covered terrace, with another table with 6 chairs next to a ping pong table.



The interior of the house is very well cared for and lovingly decorated by Paqui, its owner. They have a large living-dining room, with a chaise longue sofa to rest and watch television and a table also for 6 people. The kitchen is independent from the living room and is perfectly equipped.



In addition, they have 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bathroom with an en-suite shower, another with two single beds and a third with a single bed. Additionally, there is another bathroom with an independent shower.



The house has all the amenities, such as air conditioning in all rooms, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The rooms are decorated with love, the house exudes comfort.



Electricity according to consumption 0.25 euros/Kwh. Deposit 100 euros/week.



The eco-tax and deposit are not included in the price. They must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Private house/ pool in a quiet suburb near shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the beach, old town etc. Plenty of shade around the house. Pool decent size and a must in the height of summer. Met all the needs of a family of five, three of whom were teenagers (each with their own room..)

Absolutely as described, lovely property, great location. Walking distance to excellent bakery, shops, good restaurants and the beach. The private pool was so good to just dip in an out of. Lovely Casa

Absolutely as described, lovely property, great location. Walking distance to excellent bakery, shops, good restaurants and the beach. The private pool was so good to just dip in an out of. Beautiful Villa

The villa was fantastic! The photos don't do it justice. It was lovely and clean, and comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool was lovely and it was a great location. The owner was lovely and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We managed to lock ourself out the house on the first day and they were there super quick to let us back in. Fabulous stay, and would definitely recommend

A fantastic accommodation plenty large enough for 4 adults to disappear into the large rooms and 2 big bathrooms. Great Wi-Fi, lots of kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, everything you could need. BBQ and covered outdoor spaces to keep you cool in the heat of the day. Fabulous pool shaded through the day. Pool toys and table tennis provided. Great outdoor eating areas. The accommodation is 5 min walk to Spa and Eroski store. 20 min walk to the bars and shops on the strip, 30 min walk to the beach and bars by the harbour. Safe area, plenty of street parking.

Great family holiday home

The accommodation was a perfect family holiday home. The photos don’t do it justice, it was a lot larger than we expected. The interior layout was great, the air-con in the bedrooms and living room was a god send and made the hot nights bearable so we could get to sleep without tossing and turning in the heat! The exterior really took this property to the next level with the swimming pool (kids would have happily spent the whole holiday in the pool), built in BBQ and two outside dining tables/areas being where we spent a huge amount of time when we weren’t out and about exploring the local areas. We would highly recommend this property to any family looking for a holiday home away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance to everything Port D’Alcudia has to offer… already thinking about next years trip! A virtual tour of the inside and outside of the property would really help showcase what this great property has to offer.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr lieb und stets für einen da. Für den Pool ist es im März zu kalt, aber das Wetter war angenehm und und die Tischtennisplatte eine schöne Beschäftigung. Eins muss man im Winter jedoch beachten, man muss die Klimaanlage ständig auf hohe Temperaturen einstellen, damit es warm wird, denn es gibt keine Heizung.

Wir werden wieder kommen

Wir haben uns zu fünft diese Unterkunft gebucht und waren alle sehr positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, dass Haus und der Garten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt gehalten. Die riesige überdachte Terrasse mit Grill und Pool sind ein absolutes Highlight. Genügend Sitzplätze und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten in Form von Tischtennisplatte, Dartscheibe, Gesellschaftsspiele, Poolequipment. Die Hausdame, welche sich um das Grundstück kümmert ist sehr freundlich und liebevoll. Diese Unterkunft kann man Familien und Freundesgruppen nur ans Herz legen. Leider hatten wir während des Aufenthalts auch Besuch von Kakerlaken bekommen, aber die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet mit Fallen, Vernichtungssprays und sämtlichen Vorkehrungen, dass es sich im Zaum hielt.

Wir waren für ca. zwei Wochen zu Gast in diesem wunderbaren und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Wir wurden sehr herzlich durch die Besitzerin begrüßt und uns wurden die wichtigsten Dinge zur Unterkunft erläutert. Auch das Büro der Ferienhausvermietung, welches 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt ist, stand uns jederzeit für Fragen rund um die Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Weiterhin erhielten wir hilfreiche Informationen über die umliegenden Lokalitäten, Aktivitäts- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Estaba decorada para Navidad, y es una casa práctica para pasar unos dias El olor de los armarios, huele mucho a Humedad y coge olor la ropa. El olor del baño de la habitación principal huele mucho a alcantarilla
