Spectacular villa with incredible views over the ocean. Located in the very well located town of Güime, the villa has a farm with more than 1000 meters and more than 200 meters built. It consists of four double bedrooms with capacity for up to eight people comfortably, four bathrooms (two of them en suite), fully equipped kitchen with dining room, comfortable living room with flat screen TV, reading room, leisure area with Pingpong, two billiards, table football and sports equipment, barbecue area and gazebo protected from the wind, heated pool (extra cost per night), two parking spaces in the same house and spectacular views over the Atlantic.



The town of Güime is very close to the Lanzarote airport, a few minutes by car from the beach and in a central location on the island of Lanzarote to explore and get to know this wonderful island.



This is high-end accommodation ideal for families and groups of friends.

A little dated

Basically all OK, but a few doors and appliances were showing their age. Beautiful grounds and a great view.
