The bar and restaurant "LE CARRE NOIR", with its swimming pool accessible with a drink, is located close to the villa.
The mini villa was renovated in 2023, and is on one level with an air-conditioned bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, WC, outdoor shower and veranda.
