The living room is full of natural light and has sea views, a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, an armchair and TV, and has an open-plan design with a modern kitchen equipped with an island with 4 bar stools and a dining area for 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. From the kitchen and living room, you can access a large terrace with a dining table for 8 people. There is another large terrace and a private garden on the lower level, with access from the bedrooms, with sun loungers and terrace furniture. This outdoor area can also be accessed by stairs from the upper terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm) and 2 with 2 single beds each (large). 2 bathrooms, one en suite, with walk-in showers. Service room with washing machine and dryer. Dressing room on the upper floor with toilet and washbasin.
The accommodation is equipped with a dryer, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, air conditioning (heat and cold) throughout the house. In the open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, plates/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer are included.
During your stay, you can enjoy the facilities of the Sport Club El Edén, with jacuzzi, spa, gym, sauna, tennis court.
Eden is located just between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas and in just a few minutes by car you can reach many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centre, other amenities, beautiful beaches and impressive golf courses in El Chapparal and Miraflores
