Although permitted as a B & B, it is rented to only1 tenant. You will have private use of the home. Up to (2) bedrooms, 1-bath, office Rm, living room and kitchen. Maximum of (4) Guests INCLUDING CHILDREN OF ANY AGE. I sometimes accept shorter bookings , but only within about 30-days of arrival, around longer bookings. I hope that you will understand that accepting short duration reservations far in advance creates Swiss cheese of the booking calendar, and precludes longer bookings. Hotel/Laptop safes in each bedroom. Luna House is well provisioned, probably better than any rental you have experienced.

Office Rm.: No one can sleep in the office! It is not a bedroom or nursery. It features a tech desk with ergonomic task chair; Book shelves.
Front guest lanai / BBQ area is in the midst of significant upgrades in between bookings. A covered BBQ / cooking area is becoming increasingly functional. It currently has a a sink, interim stainless steel cart, and temporary lighting. Eventually, it will feature counters, electrical, and a bar fridge to facilitate the option for meal preparation in a lanai courtyard setting.
