First of all, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful outdoor areas, the pool, and the modern, peaceful location and well-equipped outdoor kitchen — these are indeed some of our guests’ favourite features. The house is situated in a very quiet residential area, which is why you will not find bars on the windows or doors — safety in the neighbourhood is excellent. We understand that the lack of instructions for the appliances can cause inconvenience. We are also sorry that the dishwasher could not be repaired during your stay, our team tried to arrange a technician as quickly as possible, but unfortunately it could not be resolved in time. We would also like to clarify two important points: Check-in is possible at any time and as for our offices, the on-site opening hours were adjusted starting in October, but of course our team remains available 24/7 by phone. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We truly appreciate it and hope to have the chance to welcome you back for an even better experience next time. Kind regards
