Des problemes de propreté, de bruits, de nuisance a cause de travaux dans l'appartement du dessus

Des vacances gachees par enorment de bruits ( des 6h30 du matin et aussi dans la journée) et d'importantes nuisances (chutes de gravats, de morceaux de plafond de poussieres) sur les tables, les lits, les canapés.... + un manque d'eau dans une des 2 salles de bain pendant 3 jours. ...
