We offer our guests a welcoming and elegant 130 sqm apartment suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 beds.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people, but there is also a very comfortable sofa bed in the dining room where can stay other 2 people.
For those coming by car it is possible to park the car at the paid parking of Villa Borghese. From the parking lot to the structure it is about 10 minutes on foot.
Breakfast is not available, but upon arrival guests will find a wide choice of snacks, biscuits, cereals and snacks at their disposal, as well as of course the kettle, Nespresso, American coffee machine and toaster.

We loved our stay at the Roman Residence. Location was absolutely perfect, we could walk everywhere or take the subway as the station is right next to the Spanish Steps. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet.

The apartment was beautiful! Everything was as promised and we felt very well taken care of. The location is also perfect. It’s close to the metro and lots of destinations, but it’s also off the beaten path and very quiet. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful Property!

I can not say enough good things about this property! My friends and I (5 adults, 50+) spent the weekend at Emanuela's lovely Roman Residence and had a fantastic time. The location is excellent - very convenient. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. Emanuela is very helpful and just a dream to work with, as is Mr. Andrea at the property. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful location, great amenities

We loved our stay here. Perfect for families, very close to the Spagna metro stop that is a easy jump to connections to any sight you might want to see. The portiere is accessible and so kind, and communication with the manager is extremely easy with quick response. The apartment has all the amenities including washer/dryer and a full kitchen setup. And our 8 yr old says to add "it had a very nice shower." Whenever we come back to Rome, this would be top of the list to stay again.

Emanuela is a superb host who was always available by text. The cleanliness, quality and location of this apartment are perfect. Emanuela arranged transportation from the airport which went seamlessly. Andrea was waiting for us at the apartment to check us in when we arrived. I highly recommend this apartment.

Roman Holiday

Location, location, location! Never drove the entire stay. Longest walk was to the Coliseum which was only 33 minutes. Shops, restaurants, gelato (Lucciano's was the BEST!) and Spanish Steps were only 5 minute walk. Trevi fountain was 15 minutes. Highly recommend getting up at 4am to do the latter 2. No crowds! Book your tour tickets online before you arrive. Everything sells out quickly already in early April. We would definitely stay here again! Very friendly and attentive host!

Nearly Perfect

This was the best VRBO property I have ever stayed in. The location, so close to Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps, with restaurants, shops and a Metro stop nearby. The gentleman who checked us in and out was helpful and friendly. We had some confusion over storing our luggage at the property until we could check in, but we got that resolved quickly. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the refrigerator were a nice touch. The beds were all comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the bathrooms and the air conditioning was adequate to keep the place cool during a hot August. We cooked one big meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone in our group was delighted with this place and we all highly recommend it for your next trip to Rome.

Apartment was ideally located, close to everything and yet was on a quiet street even thought it was located next to the subway station and Spanish Steps. We parked the car 15 minutes away and got around Rome just fine without it for 2.5 days.The apartment is well-appointed, modern and clean. The host was very accommodating. The space was ideal for a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The AC was really nice given how hot it was during our trip (July 2025). Throughly enjoyed our stay here while in Rome.

Pre cruise stay in Rome

The apartment was everything we hoped for and more. We especially appreciated coming home to air conditioning after what was a very hot weekend in Rome. The location was excellent, literally around the corner from the Spagna metro stop, giving us easy access to almost anywhere we wanted to go around the city. Emanuela was so gracious, accommodating and superior communication, far and away one of the best VRBO hosts we have ever had. Thank you again Emanuela.

Second Time for the Win

This is our second time in a year at this vrbo. Location, location, location. Just a few minute walk to the grocery store, all the dinners, the underground, the taxi stand, etc. Emanuela also set up transport to and from FCO and Andreas is around to help with luggage and questions. Clean, big, and great location. I don’t think we will stay anywhere else ever again in Rome. This is a 5 star vrbo.

Updated and modern so close to everything!

Beautiful and spacious apartment, located almost on top of the Spanish Steps. It seems everywhere we wanted to go was with a 30 minute walk or less. Master suite and closet with en-suite bathroom, fully useable kitchen, and so so clean. Emanuela was perfect at communicating with me and Mr Andrea, who is on site, was very helpful, making it so easy to check-in and depart. We didn’t even need him other than that help! Highly recommend this property, the owner and the staff.

Rome spring break

Great property with great communication. We did a 10 day trip in Italy and finished with this property and it was by far our favorite. Located next to the Spanish steps it was absolutely perfect.
