Noted as one of the most scenic areas of Istria region, it makes a great location for hiking or cycling. The pretty walled town of Motovun is 15 minutes’ drive away with its delightful, cobbled streets and summer film festival. The surrounding area has many vineyards where you can try the local wines in a picturesque setting. The popular resort of Porec with its rustic coastline and beaches and the coastal town of Novigrad are also worth a visit and are only 25 minutes' drive away.
