Great location, in the heart of Travestere but the loft itself is not great. The floors were dirty, dust everywhere, the bathroom smells weird. The AC unit was leaking so I was not able to use it without flooding the apartment. Pool is nice but the open hours are limited.
Positive :) : - great location- kitchen with dishes- big apartment- supermarkets nearby Negative :( : -It was incredibly loud every morning from 8:15 onwards because someone was drilling and hammering.-We are medium height (175cm) and someone over 185cm will be too big for the bed- we found the bathroom smelled very strongly of chlorine and drains.

Well presented and situated for a few days. Lovely outlook into courtyard and close to Trastevere cafes and ristoranti. Parking was a problem if on a driving holiday and host should investigate closer solutions than simply one offered. Check in wasn't well coordinated, but apartment instructions well explained. Would use again knowing pros & cons.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Not recommended at all
Extra fees charged upon arrival that are not mentioned during the booking process. The flat was extremely cold and despite multiple messages no solution was provided (and many of my messages were ignored). Looks clean at first but the amount of dust under the bed, sofa and most furniture is incredible. Very bad smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. The location is the only positive point.

the lights inside the suite is 1 of the kind~! Very unique interior design.
However for us a couple, we did't need this much space. We didn't use the living room, big TV & sofa (although big, not easy to sit back) at all.
The kitchen area is tiny. Although it has everything, all the plates, culteries are in the other end of suite cabinet - quite inconvenient to use. But the big space in suite makes up for this inconvenience to manauver.
The mini-fridge in kitchen doesn't close completely
The suite is not close enough walking distance to bus stop. The zig-zag small streets to walk out to main street by Tiber River, where the cobberstones so uneven to walk on, a killer for carry-on lugguage wheels! This makes 10 min walk turn into 20 min...
Major supermarket is a bit far of a walk too... need to cross the bridge! Closeby are just over-priced mini marts of small convenience stores (not real supermarkets)
For the price we paid, would be nice if included in kitchen some dish soap & a small roll of paper towel for cleaning...
Albeit, in kitchen it was nice that there are nice olive oil, basil/oregano herbs to use for cooking, some instant coffee (although not so good) is there, some tea bags as well.
The bathroom is really cool, but no ventilation on ceiling at all... and right beside the bed(room). Don't quite like this aspect.
Although the real wooden sink/basin is cool... it's leaking a bit, and not durable in long-term, and has a little bit moldy smell...
