Very comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen, in a secure building. Friendly host. Restaurants and small grocery store just steps away. Excellent location! Within walking distance of many Rome attractions e.g. Vatican city / Saint-Peter’s Basilica, colosseum, pantheon, Trévi Fountain, and much more!
Our host spoke with us before arrival and arranged transport from the airport. I ran into some trouble with my bank but our host was gracious and patient. The room is cozy and comfortable for our brief stay. The location was the very best we could ask for!! So many restaurants in the piazza! Every historical site within walking distance! We loved our stay and would recommend to others. If you are looking for cozy and not pretentious- this is the place for you.
This is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to see the entire city by foot. You can get to almost every main tourist spot in 40 minutes or less by foot. Also, so many great food spots near the property! Very clean, great A/C unit, and a washer for cleaning clothes if needed! We loved our stay to finish our our honeymoon!
Clean flat, great location, very helpful host! We had a small issue with the washing machine and the host immediately resolved it (likely user error haha). Definitely recommend!
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. The space was perfect for the both of us on our first trip to Italy. We enjoyed the little touches like the espresso available in the kitchen, the use of the washing machine, and umbrellas for the rainy day. The location was perfect for exploring. We tried so many foods within blocks of the apartment.
The apartment was a wonderful size. I was on my own but it would be absolutely enough room for a couple. The location was superb even though I didn't know that when I booked. I loved the photos they had up and it was a simple walk to Trevi fountain which is what sold me. The photos are exactly as the apartment looks and it had a washing machine so I got some clothes cleaned while I was there. Always had hot water for showering and I appreciated the espresso maker and pods in the kitchen. I was an hour and a half delayed coming from the airport but they still met me and waited until I got there which I truly appreciated.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This property is perfectly situated in the cutest little area of Rome near the Campo Fiori and walking distance to anything you could ever want to see. The location alone makes this a definite book now!The building is on the older side and the unit is situated with a unit below and above it. If someone is staying above you, you will hear them walking around. As with older units, the water heater in the bathroom is very small and you only get about 10 minutes of hot water, maybe 12 without having to wait for the water to refill and reheat. I did feel the unit was light on amenities, for 4 nights with two adults we received two towels, two rolls of toilet paper no dish soap to wash any of the dishes in the kitchen. I'm sure all of this could have been remedied if we had contacted the host, but there's a grocery store downstairs so it was easy enough to purchase what we needed for our stay.
Loved this place for its ability to get anywhere and everywhere. Walk to most stuff under 30 minutes. Catch the bus right outside. Great restaurants right in the neighborhood. Loved!
We are from a city and used to small spaces, so this was a perfect studio cutely decorated. Loved the coffee makers and washing machine as well.
The property was just as described, in a convenient location near Campo dei Fiore. The accommodations were fine, the bed was comfortable. The apartment was very quiet, very good for the center of the city. The apartment is up 38 steps, so heavy luggage is a challenge. Some cooking smells from the window with a restaurant next door.

Decent Stay- Bit Noisy
I stayed at this apartment for 3 night. My rating of a 3 is due to the fact that the commotion from the restaurant right next door is very loud as well as the presence of some sort of animal (or birds) that made it impossible to sleep the first night. The bed is small and unfortunately, not very comfortable. The apartment is a 15-30 minute walk from major attractions which was a plus and our host was very easy to work with. Overall, the price is a bit high for the level of comfort found here.

Unveatable location; very poor management; less-than-satisfactory stay.
Can't beat location near Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona, and 10-30 minute walk from just about any sight you may wish to get to. But terrible on-site management. Agency rep Andrea who met us on arrival left in a big hurry before we got any explanations on how to operate AC, washer, etc. Result was warm air from AC that had us sweating through the night, and we never figured out washer that we needed badly. When we complained, a new rep arrived and found a remote Andrea never told us about. He finally got cold AC going, but had no idea how to operate the washer. Once he left we werecunable to get remote to work so we had to keep cold AC going or sweat all night. Also, you need four different keys to get through three doors and a gate on three narrow levels to get in and out. Less than optimal. We are experienced global VRBO users; location aside, this was not up to expectations.
Old, smelly, humid and in desperate need to än upgrade
The apartment is old and smelly.
The bed is too small (140 cm) and uncomfortable since one is sleeping on the springs
The bathroom is in need of total renovation. It has mold, cracks in the wall where insects can come out, the toilet needs multiple presses in order to flush
The TV is useless since the remote control is so old and damaged that pressing one button affects another button and the TV get a different command than intended. The TV not a smart TV so no possible streaming from the phone
The only instructions that we were given are on how to use 4 keys in order to enter the apartment. Nothing on how to operate the AC (which has a remote that doesn't work) or the washing machine
Every evening, there will be noise and food smells filling the apartment because of the restaurant downstairs. We had to close the window until around 11 at night just to avoid the smell of cooking oil and fish
Since the apartment is old and has the smell of old wood (since the closets are made of wood) it is not suitable for people with allergies
The apartment gets no sunlight because its windows are facing the small space between buildings so there is humidity, especially in the bathroom so no keeping towels in the bathroom since they will never dry. There is no ventilation system other than the windows (which has no insect nets and bring in the smell of cooking)
The only reason this place gets any stars is because of its location

Dear Ishtar,
Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback.
We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and I truly wish I had been made aware of the issues you faced during your stay when I asked, as I would have been more than happy to assist.
Upon inspection, I found that both the A/C and TV remotes were functioning properly, and the washing machine is new, with the instruction manual located nearby.
The A/C remote is quite simple, featuring only two buttons but again I would have gladly walked you through its operation had you reached out at any point.
The apartment's appearance is consistent with the photos, so the amount of natural light and the absence of a smart TV were as advertised. I made myself available throughout your stay, yet no concerns were raised at the time.
The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate two guests, and we ensure all amenities are in working order and these aspects, along with the accuracy of the listing, the level of service provided, and the apartment’s central location, are important factors to consider in a review.
As such, the low rating was unexpected.
Nonetheless, we greatly value your feedback and will continue to seek opportunities for improvement.
Best regards,

Perfekt läge mitt i gamla Rom. 20-25 min promenad till dom kändaste sevärdheterna.Många restauranger o små affärer i området.Det som drar ner betyget är städningen och att det luktar unket på toaletten
Only minor issues. Couldn’t figure out stove top, used the microwave, lots of steps with no lighting from the top down, but used our phone. Would stay again
The property was as described and had everything for a pleasant stay. Living areas were freshly painted, and the kitchen area was nicely appointed, but the faucet leaked excessively. The bath area needed a deep clean, with mold detected in the shower and shower curtain, and thick dust in the corners. The toilet always required a double flush as well.
