Whether you’re visiting Chester for a city break, a day at the races, a family getaway, work or an extended stay, you’ll have a comfortable home-from-home with the city within easy reach.
This is a much-loved traditional home rather than a newly built apartment, so you’ll find plenty of character alongside the occasional natural sign of age and use.
The Space:
This characterful end-terrace home offers plenty of room for groups of up to six.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: King-size bed
A spacious and comfortable room with plenty of storage.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds
A bright twin bedroom that’s ideal for children, friends or colleagues travelling together.
Bedroom 3: Double bed
A cosy top-floor bedroom offering a peaceful space to unwind after a day exploring Chester.
I would double-check the beds before publishing this section. Your existing description contradicts itself: the opening says 1 king, 1 double and twin, but further down it describes the attic room as having another king bed.
LIVING & DINING
Relax together in the comfortable living room after a day in Chester, with a Smart TV and access to streaming apps using your own accounts.
The adjoining dining area provides space for everyone to sit down together, whether that’s breakfast before exploring the city or dinner after a day at Chester Racecourse.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped for both short and longer stays, with:
✓ Oven & hob
✓ Fridge/freezer
✓ Microwave
✓ Kettle & toaster
✓ Pots, pans and cooking basics
✓ Crockery, cutlery & glassware
✓ Washing machine & dryer
BATHROOM
The spacious family bathroom includes a characterful freestanding roll-top bath as well as a separate walk-in shower — perfect for a relaxing soak after a busy day.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside into your own private, fully enclosed rear garden — particularly useful for guests travelling with children or dogs.
PARKING
One of the home’s biggest advantages for a Chester stay is FREE private off-street parking for one car.
Guest Access:
Guests have private use of the entire home and rear garden during their stay.
Self check-in is available via lockbox, giving you flexibility when arriving.
The Neighborhood:
Chester is a picturesque city in northwest England, renowned for its historical landmarks, shopping and dining scene, beautiful scenery and family-friendly activities. With an array of options to suit all tastes, visitors can explore the Roman walls, medieval cathedral, designer outlets and Michelin-starred restaurants. Families can enjoy award-winning attractions such as the Chester Zoo and Grosvenor Museum, while nature enthusiasts can take scenic walks along the River Dee or through the city's many parks and gardens.
For a comfortable and convenient stay, consider booking this charming property.

Other Things to Note:
This is a much-loved traditional home rather than a newly built apartment, so you’ll find plenty of character alongside the occasional natural sign of age and use.
*Please note: we have a noise-sensitive neighbour, so for everyone’s peace of mind we’ve installed a MINUT noise monitor. It only tracks noise levels (decibels - not conversations) and is positioned on the dining room ceiling.
*We have a travel cot and high chair at the property. It is a standard travel cot suitable from birth to 36 months and there is no extra mattress, pillow or linen, so if any are required, you will need to bring your own.
The Smart TV provides access to streaming and catch-up apps. Guests should use their own streaming account logins.
The property is professionally cleaned between stays, with professionally laundered bed linen and towels provided.
Standard check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Where our booking schedule allows, we’ll always try to accommodate requests for additional flexibility.
Interaction with Guests:
I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.

Great location , off street parking a plus. Clean bedding and towels . Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine ! Some decoration , furniture showing signs of wear and tear. . Pizza cutter and a bin in the bathroom would be good. Great for a short stay and communication from host fab .

Nice place, just in need of a little love.
We visited Chester with our two kids and their grandparents. The house was an ideal size for 4 adults and the two kids.A great location for a decent enough walk into the city centre to tire everyone out on the return leg.The house was well enough presented but could do with a good deep clean and a new loo seat that fits.Given the listing is for max 6, we expected to find enough place settings to satisfy that many but there was a mish-mash of glasses, mugs, plates etc. The cupboards were also full of leftovers that previous guests had left. All in all in was a nice enough place for the three nights we stayed but as I've said...needs a little love.

Nice house but bring earplugs
Before arriving the house caretakers emailed explaining that the shower roller was broken, and the landing lights were not working. An issue as the top of the stairs are tricky with a stair gate and cut away step outside the bathroom. We were supplied with battery operated lights to remedy this.
We arrived to find a bottle of Prosecco, milk, tea and crisps which was really nice. The decor was contemporary, beds comfortable, and generally a pleasant environment.
Only complaints are that there were a few cobwebs around, the area behind the bathroom sink wasn’t very clean, and also the windows and sills.
Be warned that it’s noisy in all rooms from the road. We used earplugs at night and got used to it in the daytime.
Tom and Rachael are responsive and considerate hosts.
