No smoking within the property (including vaping). If you need to smoke, please do so outdoors well away from the front door (the smell may be unpleasant to non-smoking residents passing) and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Thank you!

Pets are most welcome by prior arrangement, however we would respectfully ask they not be permitted on the furniture. White linen can be unforgiving!

Garbage bins can be found within the car park.
