Amenities include air source heating, underfloor heating, WiFi, a selection of books and board games, fuel, power and a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels. Outside there's designated parking for two cars, EV Charging for one car is available on the owner’s drive, and an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and a charcoal barbecue. It lies on the Shropshire Way in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to the border of Wales, an area known as The Marches. This unspoilt part of Britain has an abundance of wildlife and beautiful unhindered walking and cycling routes winding their way through the countryside with the Clun and Kerry Forests, Offa's Dyke, and Kerry Ridgeway all close by. There are a wide range of festivals and shows on offer in the surrounding area throughout the year, including The Green Man festival in May.
