Book Villa Green Haven # 3 for an amazing holidays! This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa boasts 210 sq. meters of living space and 2 parking spots in the heart of Protaras.
Built and fully furnished in July 2022, this property is brand new and has all the modern amenities. The open plan kitchen/living room area includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite tops and induction cooker. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and a family bathroom to accommodate all bedrooms. There is also a pool area full bathroom with a shower and a toilet as well.
Outdoors you’ll find a beautiful large (12x6 meters) heated pool surrounded by a mature garden with green and flowers all around. Enjoy the convenience of having a smart house with lights and entertainment system controlled through an app.
There are A/C units in all bedrooms and common areas.
Once you enter the house you will notice a big corner sofa and a 43 inch flat screen tv with many cable channels to watch. There is also a dining table with 8 chairs and a fully equiped kitchen with everything that you might need to prepare a meal, or your afternoon Tea.
