Stunning 5-bedroom Sea Front Villa with Private Pool

Villa Marina was built with love in 2010 and since then has been our favourite getaway. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful village of Ayia Thekla and is surrounded by a nice garden with a lawn. The illuminated pool is 3*7 m with a cascading water fountain to massage your back and to provide extra fun for the kids. The villa is fully equipped with all mod cons you might need for your comfortable stay. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The villa is suitable for big families.

No pets allowed.

Family Holiday

Property is beautiful and in a stunning location. Nothing was to much trouble for the owner and any problems were quickly fixed. It is in a very peaceful area with a fantastic restaurant and supermarket just around the corner. A 2 min walk and you could go into the sea and still have the villa insight. Could not ask for a better stay.

Little bit of paradise

Beautiful Villa. Enjoyed every bit of our stay. Couple of things we needed to ask about, this was no problem for Maria or Syklie. Nothing was to much trouble for them, including how to get the satellite working, which we never watched in the end. Thank you for our lovely stay.

A home from home

Having lived in Cyprus, we already knew what to expect from the weather and the locale and we were not disappointed. The experience was truly superb in every respect. The reservation process was efficient, clear and professional. The villa is very spacious and was absolutely spotless. It was exactly what we'd been hoping for. The pool and garden were beautiful, private and well maintained. The owner and her staff were helpful at all times, responding at once to our questions and providing information on car hire etc.

Wonderful house

We were a group of 9 people (which included 4 young children) and we had a lovely stay at the villa. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, with a view straight onto the ocean. There is a lovely little sandy cove only a minutes walk from the house where we would take the children swimming. We had a few issues with the air conditioner the day after we arrived, but the owner was very prompt and responsive with her communications and immediately arranged for people to come and fix the problem. The neighbourhood was wonderful and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. Overall we loved our stay at this villa and I would definitely book it again for future visits

Beautiful home from home

Would certainly recommend staying in this beautiful Villa with a fantastic sea view to wake up to each morning. Both Maria and Sylke responded and acted to any queries we had throughout our stay immediately which was so appreciated. They are both excellent hosts and we will certainly book again. This was our first villa holiday and it won't be our last as so many memories were created for us all. The photos really don't do this Villa any justice as it's much better than we could have imagined. We stayed there with 11 adults and one baby and there was plenty room for everyone to be together but also to have personal space. The main road for the bus is 5 to 10 min walk so very easy to get to the waterpark and Aiya Napa. There is also a shop that in all honesty is very reasonably priced with a little bar and restaurant next door which my husband went to every morning for his full English breakfast (€6) . Would totally recommend this anyone you won't be disappointed.

Great Villa in a Quiet Location

Hi, We were a family group of 11 persons ranging from 9 to 56 years. The Villa was well maintained, well set out and in a nice quiet area. Maria and Sylke who managed and maintained the villa were very friendly and helpful. There was a shop around the corner that catered for all Our needs as We had not hired a car. Next to the shop was a restaurant which was very friendly and did reasonably priced meals. There was also another restaurant a 5 minute walk away that had a better choice of menu and was also well priced. The pool wasn't the largest but was adequate for a cooling dip and with the warm sea (lovely to swim in) 30 metres away it did not matter. Also a 5 min walk away was a lovely sandy beach (safe for young children) which had a small bar and coffee shop next to it, with the restaurant 100 metres away. Ayia Napa was a 30 minute walk or a short bus ride. We never actually made it on to a bus as the local taxis would pull over and match the bus fare. We went on a snorkling boat trip in Ayia Napa which was really enjoyable and good value and had a day at the waterpark ( 20 min walk) which was also really good and well worth the money. We would certainly recommend this Villa to anybody thinking of renting it and would love to return there in the future.

Toller und entspannter Familienurlaub in der Villa Marina

Es war eine unserer besseren Entscheidungen, genau dieses Objekt für den gemeinsamen dreiwöchigen Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen auszuwählen. Das Objekt kannten wir schon von unserem ersten Zypernurlaub vor 10 Jahren und es hat das gehalten was wir uns für einen entspannten Urlaub mit allen Kindern, Partnern und Enkeln erwartet hatten. • Gute Raumaufteilung, • Passende Ausstattung, • Perfekte Lage am Meer mit 2 Badestellen (rechts und links vom Haus), • Sehr schöne Außenanlage (toller Pool und eine Kunstrasenfläche, die sich wie echt anfühlt), • Die uns schon bekannten Verkaufseinrichtung und das Restaurant in 200 m Entfernung, • Für Gäste mit gehobenen gastronomischen Ansprüchen, ist die „AGIA NAPA Marina“ sicher im kommenden Jahr ein florierender Magnet, der heute schon im Kleinformat wenige Wünsche offengelassen hat. Die Buchung und die später notwendige Umbuchung funktionierten reibungslos. Das Geld, welches wir nach Umbuchung zu viel entrichtet hatten, war bereits am nächsten Tag wieder auf unserem Konto. Die Kommunikation und Betreuung vor Ort mit Sylke (Verwalterin) war sehr gut. Bei 3 Generationen mit 11 Personen gibt es schon mal explizite Wünsche. Auch diese wurden umgehend erfüllt. Sylke war immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Insgesamt kann man festhalten, dass es einer der entspanntesten Familienurlaube war, die wir erlebt haben. In Deutschland war zwar auch angenehmes Spätherbstwetter aber auf Zypern wird man regelrecht von der Sonne verwöhnt und dies Ende Oktober/ Anfang November bei durchgängigen 25-27 °C im Schatten und rund 26 °C im Mittelmeer. Wir werden sicherlich nicht den letzten Urlaub auf Zypern verbracht haben.

Perfekter Herbsturlaub in wunderschönen Hause

Das Haus ist genauso schön, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Es gibt 5 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit großen Doppelbetten (oder 2 zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten). Alle Schlafzimmer haben Fenster mit Fliegengittern. Neben den 3 Badezimmern gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein zusätzliches Gäste WC. Das Haus war sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet (inkl. Waschmaschine & Trockner). Am Ankunftstag gab es sogar ein kleines „Survival Pack“ mit Lebensmitteln. Auch wurde während unseres Aufenthalts die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Es gab eine Kontaktperson, die jederzeit für uns erreichbar war. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und hat eine gute Größe. Highlight hier die Fontäne. Es gab eine Außendusche und Badespielzeug war vorhanden. Im Außenbereich gab es eine große Hängematte und ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Das Beste an diesem Haus ist aber der tolle Blick aufs Meer und die absolute Nähe zum Wasser. Direkt am Haus gibt es eine kindgerechte Badestelle und auch der öffentliche überwachte Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt abseits der Stadt, sehr abgelegen und ruhig. Ein voll ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist aber direkt um die Ecke. Für nächtliche Aktivitäten braucht man jedoch entweder ein Auto (Parkplatz vorhanden) oder man nutzt den Bus, der ca. 400m von Haus entfernt hält. Zusammenfassend: Wer Party und Action will ist hier verkehrt. Wer aber Ruhe sucht und die Nähe zum Meer will, findet kaum einen besseren Ort als dieses Haus dafür. Für uns das perfekte Feriendomizil und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful Villa

The most beautifully positioned villa. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the facilities the villa has to offer. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough space for everyone. But also very conveniently positioned for easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and activities. Waterworld water park is an easy 5 minutes up the road. What we loved the most was the amazing view with the beach and sea just a stones throw away. The small cove is wonderful for the children to swim in and there are 2 more bigger beaches within a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. Maria was very helpful and helped with hire car and taxi transfers from the villa. Only suggestion we would have is maybe some parasols for around the pool area to provide a bit of welcome shade whilst enjoying the outside space. We have been to Cyprus 3 times and stayed in villas each time but Villa Marina by far stands out from the others and we will definitely be back.

My family and I had a wonderful easter holiday in Cyprus this year. What made it special was staying at this very special villa that was right on the sea. The scenery was beautiful and the villa was as it appears in the photos- it is spotlessly clean, modern and very pretty. We spent a great time in Maria’s property. The sea view is amazing . The little bays in front of the garden are wonderful for relaxing and the beaches are very closed to the Villa. The chambers and the pool are very clean. For cooking is all you need available. Only the ants can be troublesome; mainly in the kitchen. Maria and Seylke are very helpful. Great place to stay

We had a great stay at the villa. It's in a really nice spot if you want to be a bit outside the city. There is a store and a restaurant very close by with some more restaurants within a couple of km. There were some stray cats around but nothing that bothered us much. Sylke was great and gave us a lot of tips about restaurants and activities. We also went diving with her which was a really great experience. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Our best holiday

Thank you for the warm welcome and I must say we had the best holiday ever. The villa is very clean with classic furniture and we were provided with everything, literally everything we needed to feel like at home. The villa is situated in a quiet village, there's a small supermarket and a bar in 3 minutes walk. We bathed in the sea in front of the villa. The beach is rocky, but we were prepared and had our water shoes. A public sandy beach is quite close however, but we wanted privacy. Many thanks to Sylke for the amazing diving experience! You made our teenagers (and us too))) very happy! Would recommend this place to anybody!

Place to be

The house is located on the beach and you got amazing view from everywhere and feels like you can jump to ocean. Lots of space and very well equipped everything is top quality. We enjoyed every second at the place and been looked after by Sylke always with a smile.

Maria's villa is beautiful, very clean & well laid out for our large family, we enjoyed the sea views & the pool very much & will be returning for sure. My only comments Would be if it was possible that the house was cleaned when the beds were changed weekly that Wld be lovely & if the sun lounger had padded covers like the villa next door as it would make it nicer to relax. But they are only very small things because all in all we had a fabulous time. Thank you so much xx

Wonderful stay in Villa Marina

The villa is beautiful with excellent location! The view of the blue sea is amazing. The fresh air from the sea cools down the heat and it feels great. Property is in very good condition and we had everything we needed. The kids really loved that we had our own private pool and big garden. We will definitely book the same house again, but we'll try autumn next time! See you and thank you!))

Hello! My name is Maria, thank you for your interest in our villa. In 2008 I first visited Cyprus with my family. It was the first time we altogether felt so good and healthy that we started to look for a holiday villa in Cyprus of our own. It is great to get away from it all especially when you live in a big crowded city.

Why they chose this property

We love this peaceful area, and it has a beautiful little swimming place just 20 seconds away to catch an early morning swim. We have a supermarket which has a wide range of goods, and a couple of local bars. And if you have a car you can explore the whole beautiful island.

What makes this property unique

Our villa is just perfect for your holidays as it has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. And the sea, and the view! You have to see it with your own eyes!
We built and furnished the villa with the utmost care so that it would be cosy and comfortable for ourselves. We are sure you`ll enjoy it as much as we do!
