With 153 m² distributed over two floors, it offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms with hydromassage shower and jacuzzi bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the Costa del Sol. The personalized decoration adds a unique touch to each unit, making each stay special and exclusive.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as microwave, oven, coffee maker, electric juicer and dishwasher, perfect for preparing your favourite meals. The living room has satellite TV, wifi connection and smart home system to control lights, blinds and sound, creating personalised environments for each moment. In addition, the apartment has a free safe, washing machine and iron for your convenience.



The complex is a closed and secure oasis, with free underground parking, security cameras and 24/7 concierge, offering you total peace of mind. The main swimming pool, open from March to October, is monitored by a lifeguard and has areas adapted for children and adults.
