Thank you so much for your kind words Lisa! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the accommodation and its peaceful setting. It’s wonderful to know it served as a great base for exploring Norfolk. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
A lovely quiet peaceful place to stay, not far off the main road accessed through a few lanes. On a working farm in lovely surroundings. The cottage is lovely, rustic style with modern appliances, clean and tidy with virtually everything you could need, even tea and coffee and milk supplied as well as salt pepper oil washing up and dishwasher supplies, spare light bulbs all cooking utensals. Onsuite bathroom. There is a huge Tesco just 3 miles down the road which is a bonus and a waitrose nearby . You are permitted to walk around the farm and have a look around unless cattle are being moved around and then it is gated off. Ideal location for visiting the broads 8-10 miles drive away and about 30-40 mins drive from the coast. The hosts ginger and gold were great, kept us informed at every step from booking , to payment to checking in and out, and were available and responsive to contact if you needed them .

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
A nice quiet, clean property with plenty of parking. It is quite a remote location and you do need to drive to get to shops etc unless you want to walk down country lanes without paths. Facilities in the property are satisfactory however.
My only criticism is the check in procedure which comes from the management company. The property requires full payment for the stay up front and then the day before checking in they require you to fill out a 21 question form and then pay an additional £100 deposit that is then returned within 10 days once the cleaning team has confirmed the property is left in adequate condition. I’m sure this isn’t a problem for most people on holiday but for anyone staying away regularly for work purposes this check in process is not hassle free and would be a consideration when booking in future.
